Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests made after 30 days will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit.
Item Condition To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original packaging with all tags still attached
- Free from signs of wear, odor, or damage
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges We gladly accept exchanges for a different size or style of equal or lesser value. If the item you'd like to exchange for is of lesser value, the difference will be issued as store credit. To request an exchange, please contact us at [your email] before sending your item back.
Store Credit In lieu of a refund, customers may opt for store credit of equal or lesser value to the returned item. Store credit is issued digitally and can be applied to any future purchase at shopblessedsoles.com. Store credit does not expire.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Blessed Soles Footwear is not responsible for lost return packages.
